A refreshing starting point is Rock Sublime Lime, delicately infused with mint. Served with lime soda water and garnished with a sprig of mint, it creates the ultimate gin-based Mojito. For something more indulgent, Rock Almond Air offers a refined blend with a whisper of sweet almond – best paired with just enough mixer to let the subtle flavours shine.

Martini aficionados will appreciate the versatility of Rock Classic, Cornish Gold, and Rock Mellow Yellow – all ideal for creating a dry martini to personal taste, whether shaken or stirred and finished with a favourite garnish.

For those seeking something lighter during hazy afternoons, Rock Lemongino and Orangino deliver vibrant bursts of citrus. These gin-based drinks, infused with fresh lemons, oranges and tangerines, are superb served chilled – either neat or with a mixer. A splash of Champagne turns them into something truly elegant.

The distillery’s expertise extends beyond gin. Their growing range includes small-batch Rums such as the decadent Rock Chocolate Orange, infused with dark chocolate and fresh orange. Their triple-distilled single malt whisky and whisky liqueurs – notably the Peanut Whisky – have fast become favourites. The Vodka range is equally versatile; the Toffee Apple Martini is a particular highlight.

Not to be missed are Rock’s brandy liqueurs. Brandy Snap is smooth, rich and dessert-like, while Orange Breeze marries sweet and bitter oranges with Cornish Brandy. Vanilla Delight, made with fresh vanilla pod, is creamy, custard-like and decadent, and Rock Apricot Fusion – crafted from apricot skin, pomace and kernels, then aged with a touch of oak – is full-bodied and velvety.

Founded by Angie and George Malde, the distillery’s story began with a leisurely walk along Rock Beach, accompanied by their dog, Blue. Inspired by the pure Cornish spring water and the vivid local landscape, they embarked on a mission to craft spirits.

As such, Rock Distillery exemplifies Cornwall’s evolving craft spirit culture.
