Rodda’s espresso & chocolate cake
For that special someone this Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, nothing says “I love you” more than a home-made chocolate treat. Rupert Cooper of Philleigh Way Cookery School has created an indulgent espresso and chocolate cake which uses silky, thick Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream in the recipe and to crown it.
