The farm shop has recently opened its brand-new extension, which boasts a state-of-the-art butchery and a pasty and pie-making workspace to go alongside the multi-award-winning café. The shop offers a huge variety of homemade baked items, such as pies, pasties, sweet treats and savoury snacks, and the butchery showcases their North Devon Ruby Red Beef, which can be seen grazing the cliffs on top of the north Cornish coastline. 

The café’s dining experience, enhanced by views stretching across farmland to the cliffs and sea below, has earned them recognition as Best Café/Tea Room in the South-West at the 2024 Taste of the West Awards. Their hand-crafted Scotch Egg reached finalist status, narrowly ending as runners-up, in the Savoury Bakes category at the same competition.

Inside the farm shop, generous meat pies and perfectly crimped pasties sit alongside sweet treats and savoury snacks, all prepared on-site using primarily Cornish ingredients. This authentic approach distinguishes Boscastle from tourist-oriented establishments that merely gesture toward local connections.

The menu changes with the seasons. Morning visitors enjoy traditional Cornish breakfasts, while lunch highlights seasonal ingredients and classic dishes with contemporary flair. Their Sunday roast has developed a remarkable reputation, featuring their own Ruby Red beef with locally grown vegetables.

Open daily from 9am until 4pm year-round, the café maintains consistent quality while adapting to seasonal offerings. The combination of quality food and magnificent location reflects the passion driving every aspect of this business, which has earned double Gold Awards in previous regional competitions.
