Opened in June 1976, Downes Crediton Golf Club is beautiful 18-hole parkland course, set in mid Devon on the outskirts of Exeter, where members, visitors and guests are all welcome.

The club is fortunate enough to have to PGA professionals on board, in the forms of Barry Austin and Devon Greenslade. Barry is regarded as one of the top pros in the south west and has competed on the European Tour on four occasions.

Devon, meanwhile, has been at the club since a junior and is now the club’s golf manager, having also cemented himself as one of Devon’s top pros.

In the restaurant, Dave Wills Catering has built an excellent reputation for providing superb food of all varieties, from basic sandwiches to formal dinners. But don’t just take our word for it – pop in and try it for yourself!

What’s more, after consistently hosting more than 50 societies annually for the past five years, the club has certainly got the hang of how to give you and your society the perfect day’s golf. Indeed, the team promises to do everything it can to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible. With society fees ranging from as little as £15 per person, why not give the team a call?
