Mike Lacey Photography, Waves Gallery is based on Harbour Road, Porthleven and is getting ready to celebrate its tenth anniversary in February next year! Mike mainly captures his photos around Cornwall at some of his favourite well-known spots – Praa Sands, Kynance Cove, Porthcurno and closer to home on the reefs and cliff tops at Porthleven. He has also been lucky enough to go to Hawaii, explore the amazing landscapes and wildlife it has to offer and document the famous surf break ‘Banzai Pipeline’, which is a massive tick on his bucket list!
The gallery now stocks striking splash backs to bring a touch of Cornwall’s ocean life to your kitchen and bathroom. Mike’s skilful photography captures beautiful images which are then heat transferred onto a sheet of aluminium. These HD metal images are sharp, eye-catching and can be fitted to your wall with ease, using the adhesive tabs provided. You can choose anything from crystal-clear waters at Porthcurno to a selection of underwater sea-life images taken all over Cornwall, fast and fearless barrel waves or famous life-threatening storms!
The finished results are waterproof, UV protected and easy to clean, making them perfect for kitchen and bathroom splashbacks. What’s more, you don’t have to be restricted to standard sizes or proportions, so if you know the measurements and you’d like a bespoke backdrop please email your required dimensions to Mike at the address below.
You can send Mike an image of your cooker area, kitchen or bathroom along with the photo you are interested in using as your splashback and Mike or a member of his team will virtually add it into your space to show you how it will look in situ.
