Inspired by the roaring 20s and the luxury of travel in the 30s, each collection is wonderfully unique and employs 100-year-old heritage appliqué techniques to create heirloom pieces to be treasured for years to come. “My devotion and passion for lingerie spans over a 25-year worldwide career working with leading brands,” explains Michelle Blenkinsopp-Guild, Director and Founder. “Shell Belle Couture was inspired by my love of vintage lingerie and the desire for an endless summer.

“I am inspired by the roaring 20s and Art Deco style. The golden era was a statement of pure elegance and glamour, an explosion of self-indulgence, self-expression and hedonism. The looks were timeless, feminine and breathtakingly beautiful! My personal obsession continues with every piece I create.” All of Shell Belle’s collections are designed by Michelle in north Cornwall, tucked away in a converted chapel that dates back to 1882, in a sleepy hamlet a mile from the Cornish coast.
