The Cornish spirit

Inspired by Cornwall and designed to cater to a range of lifestyle needs and budgets, Spyrys Spas & Hot Tubs unveils its own unique range of spas!

Next year is going to be an exciting one for Spyrys Spas & Hot Tubs, who have teamed up with one of the world’s largest manufacturers to bring their own range of hot tubs to Cornwall.

“The name ‘Spyrys’ comes from the Cornish word for ‘Spirit’,” says Managing Director, Brian Kennelly, “and with our own range we wanted to offer everything we personally were looking for in a hot tub; affordability, build quality, reliability and economic costs, but most importantly, a comfortable place to relax and spend time together.

“We set up Spyrys Spas & Hot Tubs when looking to purchase a hot tub for ourselves in 2012 specifically for hydrotherapy and relaxation,” continues Brian, “and now we’re drawing on our experience to specify an exciting new collection that’s unique to ourselves.”

Brian comes from an engineering background in the water industry, and Sharon started her career as a Medical Secretary, so understands the benefits of hydrotherapy massage as well as the importance of long-term customer care. “We don’t like the ‘hard sell’,” says Sharon, “but we understand the value of proper customer service and helping them to choose what is best for them. We don’t push a sale or try to upsell to something more expensive, we listen to our customers, give honest advice and then let them decide.”

Spyrys Spas & Hot Tubs has grown year on year, its large indoor showroom in Wadebridge displaying a wide selection of excellent quality hot tubs to suit all lifestyles and budgets. This philosophy extends to Brian and Sharon’s new Cornish range, which consists of three specification levels and starts at just £4,995. The first is ‘Spyrys an Dowr’ (meaning ‘Spirit of Water’), and is a plug and play system. The second, named ‘Spyrys an Mor’ (Spirit of the Sea), is designed to become a family favourite, while the third, which is called ‘Spyrys an Heyl’ (Spirit of the Estuary) is a powerful hydrotherapy spa.
