These luxury rooms are manufactured in the UK and come fully fitted with thermal insulation, electrics (including plugs, dimmable LED lights and consumer unit), composite post base system (a concrete base may be required for gyms), double-glazed doors and windows, laminate flooring, exterior stain and internal painting. In fact, the team really do take care of everything, meaning your only job is choosing from their wide range of finishes!

The standard Garden Rooms range includes Scandinavian Redwood or Marley Board cladding, sized 6m2 to 10m2 offering excellent value and quick installation. The premium range has more choices, including Cedar cladding and sizes up to 24m2. For ultimate freedom, and if your budget allows, their custom-build service can incorporate swim spas, bars, internal partitions, storage and air conditioning.

Whether you need to create more space or simply want to make the most of your garden, the beauty of choosing a garden room can usually be executed without needing planning permission. Builds typically range from one to three days and when they’re finished, your room is completely decorated and ready to go!
