Here in Cornwall we have enjoyed an amazing summer this year and now that the colder winter months are upon us we are turning our attention to spending more cosy nights with the family by the fire. We spoke to Brian, one of the team members, who told us that most of the fireplaces in the range can be made totally bespoke to the customers’ requirements, giving you a lot of flexibility to choose your preferred design in any type of materials. They also make hearths to measure, so no need for carpet replacement!
Brian also told us that they offer a complete design and installation service, giving each customer a full survey to ensure that the fireplace is made perfectly. Covering everything from chimney sweeping to plastering and electrics, you can sit back, relax and look forward to a cosy new fireplace.
With energy efficiency on everyone’s mind, you can also see the latest high-efficiency gas fires on display at the large showroom in Goonhavern. They have just recently introduced a brand-new range of fires that are up to 89% energy efficient, taking in less gas than your average fire but giving out plenty of heat. You can choose from modern or traditional designs and the range even includes a gas fire that looks exactly like a solid fuel stove, so if you want the look of a stove but don’t want to have the fuss of a real fire then it is the ideal solution, operated at the touch of a button with no need to load in coal or firewood.
Plus, they offer a wide range of electric fires and also specialize in media wall installation, ideal as a practical focal point in any room and can accommodate your TV and fireplace all in one. The large format fires now come with Wi-Fi capabilities and can even work with Alexa and Google, giving you voice control as well as Bluetooth capabilities and app controls. But for those that prefer a simpler solution, the company have plenty of other options available.
