Scorrier House & Gardens
With its sweeping staircase, Scorrier House’s Grand Hall provides a breathtaking theatre in which to get married. Or, on a hot summer’s day, why not tie the knot outside in the estate’s beautiful 10-acre garden? There’s no shortage of space at Scorrier and its sheer size exempts any need for a marquee. Instead, the Grand Hall can seat 120 and the Drawing Room is just perfect for your first dance. There’s also accommodation for up to 20 and, being just moments from the coast, you couldn’t ask for a better backdrop for those all-important photos.

Burncoose House, owned by the Williams family since 1715, is set in 30 acres of tranquil woodland gardens, tucked away behind the award-winning Burncoose Nurseries. It has easy access to nearby towns and to some of the county’s most beautiful beaches. Sleeping fourteen people in luxurious facilities, it’s the perfect venue for an intimate wedding, in a stunning country retreat.

Harbour Hotel
Nestled into the cliffs of Newquay harbour, The Harbour Hotel could be the perfect venue for you. Ideal for small, intimate weddings from 10 to 75 guests – weddings are designed for each individual couple and provide you with the opportunity to curate your own personal menu with an award-winning chef. Allowing you to make the most of the freshest seafood and fish, directly from the harbour. Not to mention the boutique hotel rooms with private balconies designed to soak up the stunning views of Cornwall’s rugged north coast.

Enys Gardens
Tucked away in the countryside between Falmouth and Truro, Enys Gardens – considered to be some of the oldest in the Duchy – make a unique wedding reception venue that’s perfect for a creative couple. The derelict yet enchanting manor house, located within the gardens, has capacity for 200 guests and is available to hire for wedding receptions and blessings throughout the year. Hire of the house includes access to the largely wild and tranquil gardens and there’s even space for a marquee on the old tennis court.

There’s also the cosy Shippon Barn, with a glass log burner, perfect for smaller intimate ceremonies.
