Welcoming a new face
Savills is proud to be bringing some fresh talent and local expertise into the residential sales team this summer.
Having lived and worked in north Cornwall for over 14 years, Penny Bolton has plenty of expert knowledge in Cornish properties to bring to this prestigious estate agency as their new Associate Director, having previously worked for John Bray Cornish Holidays with a portfolio of rentals across north Cornwall whilst managing a team of 20.
“My relationship with north Cornwall extends back to my childhood and having spent many happy holidays on the beaches of Polzeath, I knew from a young age that it was where I wanted to settle down,” Penny reflects. “Having married into the military, it was several years before I was able to make that dream a reality, but since moving here in 2008, I have never looked back. North Cornwall has it all. The incredible landscape never fails to impress, and the lifestyle is superb – unlike anywhere else in the UK.
“I am hugely excited to join the team at Savills. The role is an opportunity for me to use my passion for the area alongside my personal and professional knowledge to extend our reach into north Cornwall.”

Penny’s new role for Savills will see her take the lead on residential property sales within the north Cornwall market, with a focus on the area between Newquay and Bude, and we’re sure she’ll bring her own drive and expertise to an already flourishing team.
