Despite growth, it remains very much a family business to this day. Alan and Lorraine’s son, Daniel, joined the company ten years ago, training as a mason, before becoming a qualified window installer. “This year Daniel has taken over as our sales advisor,” continues Lorraine. “But he is not your typical double glazing salesman; he is always available and carries out site visits to ensure that the installation is running smoothly and that you are totally happy. He’ll call again when the installation is complete. He is not an order taker who you never see again!”
