Centrally located in the Heartlands development in Redruth, the Austin Architecture team is emerging as one capable of delivering creative; cost-effecting and client led architectural services throughout the south west. So, what do we mean when we say a ‘full range’ of services? In short, it essentially means that the team can manage every stage of your project, from initial concept designs and feasibility studies, to submitting proposals and gaining planning permission, to ensuring everything is compliant with building regulations.

The proof, as they say, is in the pudding, and reading through the list of recent projects undertaken by the experts at Austin Architecture, we were impressed to see a long list of successful appointments. These include a recent redesign of a residential plot near Perranporth, and another to obtain planning permission to convert a garage into a self-contained annexe on the Lizard. Planning permission for the latter was granted and the works completed all in the same year, and the result: a modern, one-bedroom annexe complete with bathroom, lounge and small kitchen, with amazing views towards Housel Bay and the Lizard Lighthouse!

But it isn’t just residential clients that Austin Architecture works with. Just this year, the team were appointed by Crofty Multi Academy Trust to carry out an application for planning permission, for a replacement rear canopy to accommodate a new outdoor classroom for Portreath Primary School. Planning permission was quickly approved and the works planned over the summer holidays – another job well done!
