Once more, the Fowey Christmas Market returns to spread a little joy and truly get us all in the mood for the festive season. 

It is that time of year again, when we embrace the festive spirit and immerse ourselves in the wonder that is the Fowey Christmas Market. Sponsored by Shop Cornish and supported by us here at Cornwall Living, this year’s market is due to take place on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November 2024. The town itself is awash with a delightful array of shops, cafés and pubs, many of which are dog friendly, so there is no need to leave your four-legged family friend behind. This means a whole day out for the entire family, stopping for lunch and maybe even dinner to sample the local delicacies. There is plenty of parking nearby in several car parks in Fowey, and the town mini bus is also on hand to transport visitors to all car parks in and around town if they don’t fancy a short walk. With all this on offer there’s really no reason not to enjoy yourself in this quaint harbour town. 

Each year this magical event draws thousands of attendees, all enamoured with the prospect of finding the perfect gift for themselves or a loved one. Wrapping up warm, visitors spend hours delighting themselves with mulled wine, roasted chestnuts, seasonal music and a smörgåsbord of quality products and produce.

Fowey Christmas Market comes highly recommended and you are guaranteed to leave with your arms chock full of gifts just waiting to put a smile on the faces of those closest to you. This year you’ll find at least 80 quality regional traders across the venues of Fowey Town Quay, Albert Quay and Web Street, all waiting with bated breath to show you their wares and delight in making your Christmas dreams come true.
If this wasn’t enough, Santa will also be arriving by tugboat, moments before the town band Christmas parade, leading right up to the light switch on. So, step into
