With a motto to re-use, re-love and re-style, Bex Osman is making waves in the world of vintage fashion.
Selling a uniquely curated edit of vintage fashion and accessories, alongside a considered range of vintage inspired, sustainably produced brands, Love of Lemon’s long-awaited new shop in Nansledan has opened its doors to the public and invites us all to dive headfirst into the fascinating world of founder, Bex Osman.
Having launched this incredibly successful business online after lockdown was lifted earlier this year, the old vintage styles that make Love of Lemons so unique are entirely handpicked by Bex with the idea of reusing these star finds and inviting people to add them to their existing wardrobes. Her motto is ‘Re-use. Re-love. Re-style.’ and the aim is to bring the old back to life alongside the new, all the while reducing the impact that the fashion industry has on the planet.
After the grand opening in November of last year, Bex has enjoyed a wonderful reception, welcoming newcomers to the Love of Lemons’ world, alongside some familiar faces, as she goes on to explain: “I want to thank everyone who has backed my dream and supported me on my vintage journey, and to those who have already become loyal customers to my online store, the response has been overwhelming and affirmed everything I felt when dreaming about starting Love of Lemons.”
Settled nicely amongst the now thriving atmosphere that Nansledan has provided, a carefully curated selection of vintage and vintage inspired fashion, accessories and lifestyle goods are just waiting to be discovered in this stylish and inspiring emporium for all things unique. “There’s such a strong local community vibe in Nansledan of start-up businesses and established Cornish brands, I couldn’t wait to open my shop here,” Bex explains. “I’m thrilled to say that I feel my brand is now complete and I can start fully rolling out my vintage mission. Let’s do this together, let’s shop for one-of-a-kind finds!”
