A feel-good building

Introducing Oltco’s new headquarters; providing a collaborative space for like-minded businesses.

Since the company’s inception in 2004, Oltco has grown a wide network of franchisees and employees. It now operates on a national scale, helping clients up and down the country transform spaces. Its rapid expansion means that Oltco now has 37 franchises across the UK. In order to facilitate continued growth, and the creation of more jobs for the local area, Oltco is delighted to announce that it will be moving to new headquarters, named The Feel Good Building.

Its Cornish location means that Oltco can stay true to its roots and not only will this provide the room for Oltco to expand, there will also be collaborative space available for hot-desking and small business premises for other like-minded businesses.

Oltco is the UK’s leading sustainable resin bound driveway company, known for its innovative resin bound surfaces. Its driveway solutions are renowned around the country as hard-wearing, low-maintenance, and porous, meaning customers needn’t worry about spending hours cleaning or weeding their outdoor spaces. They are also anti-slip, making them the perfect solution for swimming pool and hot tub surrounds. The product is completely tailorable to your outside space as all of Oltco’s solutions come in a wide range of colours to suit every aesthetic, providing customers with the option to create bespoke borders, patterns and designs.

Oltco offers its award-winning Recycle Bound product – the world’s first sustainable resin bound driveway solution made utilising waste plastic that is currently in circulation such as straws, food packaging and drink bottles. Since it launched the product in 2019, Oltco has recycled over 100 million plastic straws in Recycle Bound transformations across the UK and this has now driven Directors Tom Stringer and Johnny Pearce to take their commitment one step further by eradicating plastic from their resin packaging.

Oltco has partnered with prestigious local businesses such as the Carbis Bay Hotel, host of the G7 Summit 2021, and the Eden Project to install Recycle Bound pathways, testament to its superior quality and longevity.
