Lantic Developments
Lantic Developments is based in Cornwall and was founded by Giles Asker, a former senior executive within the Housebuilding Industry. He has a deeply held belief that the primary objective of the development process should be complete customer satisfaction with both the journey and finished product.
Just as a home is built on foundations, so is the process followed. It needs to have strong foundations and this is achieved through open and honest communication throughout the process, only by adopting this policy will the journey be a success. It is on this basis that in a previous industry role as Managing Director, his region achieved an average Net Promoter Score of 91%, as a result of his passion and focus on the customer journey. Results such as this are only achieved through the implementation of both Leadership and Teamwork. It is this passion and determination that is the beating heart of Lantic Developments.
