It sleeps ten guests over five beautifully furnished rooms, all of which are dressed to impressed for special occasions. The living space really is the hub of the home and is just perfect for family suppers and a glass or two of your favourite tipple over some good conversation. There’s also a log burner, which promises to keep things cosy during the cooler months, as well as a further living room – ideal for children to play while the adults chit-chat.

Slide back the full height glass doors and you’ll find yourself stepping into a paradise of garden zen. The upper stone terrace encourages the laziest of days as you relax in the sofas and armchairs, or dine al fresco at the smart dining table. Steps lead down to the lower terrace, where you’ll find a large heated swimming pool, raised lawn and sun loungers! Overall the garden is beautifully established, offering colour throughout the year, and it’s great for children to safely explore. Even during the colder months the garden maintains its appeal with a firepit that’s made for huddling around beneath blankets and gazing up at the clear night sky.

For those who like sand between their toes Porthpean beach is just a short walk away. Or you can explore the golden sands of nearby Gorran Haven, Duporth, Hemmick and Pentewan. From Porthpean you can access the South West Coast Path, which leads in one direction to Charlestown, a historic village of Poldark fame, and in the other to Black Head, where you’ll enjoy some of the most spectacular seascapes in the area.
