Originally established in Cornwall as a family business, the Oltco story began in 2004, selling and installing non-slip solutions for homes and businesses. Fast forward 20 years, today Oltco is the UK’s leading supplier and installer of resin solutions, transforming outdoor spaces from driveways to balconies.
Heading up the Cornwall team is Kristian Evans who has been a crucial part of Oltco Cornwall for four years. “We operate on a national scale,” Kris explains, “helping clients up and down the country transform their outside spaces with a low maintenance, permeable and eco-friendly surface. However, we stay true to our roots and Oltco’s HQ can still be found in our hometown of Newquay, Cornwall.”
Kris, along with a team of installers, has been installing Resin Bound and Recycle Bound surfaces across the county in leading visitor attractions and restaurants for several years. “Some of our recent projects include installing our Recycle Bound system to a new Mini Golf bar/restaurant in Newquay,” Kris continues, “recycling the equivalent to 975,000 straws in the process. Our work can also be seen at a popular Tapas bar, Clover Club, and a community garden where the pathways were required to be wheelchair friendly, alongside an array of residential properties.”
The team’s knowledge of Resin Bound surfaces enables them to provide their clients with a guarantee of up to 20 years. Dedicated to providing outstanding service from consultation to completion and beyond, the team’s support doesn’t stop there. Located at HQ is a team of dedicated account managers, customer care managers and administrators who are on hand Monday to Friday to help with any enquiries. “We are proud of the team we have grown at Oltco,” Kris concludes, “and are positive that over the coming years there will be many friendly new additions to add to the Oltco family.”
