Oltco started work here in 2020 and has since used the equivalent of 1.7 million recycled straws on the pathways installed at the Eden Project. This is, however, just a drop in the ocean when you look at Oltco’s larger impact. In June 2023 Oltco hit the equivalent of 500 million recycled straws in its Recycle Bound projects across the UK and Channel Islands. Developed to be even stronger than other resin solutions, Recycle Bound has a higher tensile strength with the ability to hold more weight. It also happens to be the strongest system Oltco has ever tested, with a 20-year guarantee and 15-year guarantee on resin-bound solutions.

Did you know?
